{"id":1252,"date":"2024-11-14T17:38:27","date_gmt":"2024-11-14T17:38:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tendencianoticias.com\/?p=1252"},"modified":"2024-11-14T17:38:27","modified_gmt":"2024-11-14T17:38:27","slug":"colotlan-vinculan-a-proceso-a-presunto-agresor-sexual-de-una-adolescente-1252","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tendencianoticias.com\/index.php\/2024\/11\/14\/colotlan-vinculan-a-proceso-a-presunto-agresor-sexual-de-una-adolescente-1252\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a proceso a presunto agresor de una adolescente en Colotl\u00e1n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En un reciente comunicado de la Fiscal\u00eda Especial Regional del Distrito XI, se inform\u00f3 que <strong>Jorge L. ha sido imputado y vinculado a proceso por la probable comisi\u00f3n del delito de abuso sexual infantil.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los hechos por los cuales se le acusa ocurrieron en diciembre de 2023, dentro de una residencia en la colonia Ayotitl\u00e1n de Colotl\u00e1n, Jalisco. <strong>Jorge L. presuntamente enga\u00f1\u00f3 a una adolescente para que viviera con \u00e9l, y como resultado de esta convivencia, la joven v\u00edctima concibi\u00f3 un hijo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda, tras la denuncia presentada, realiz\u00f3 las investigaciones necesarias que culminaron con la solicitud de una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra Jorge L. Don la intervenci\u00f3n de los polic\u00edas de Investigaci\u00f3n del Distrito XI, Jorge L. fue detenido y presentado ante el Juez de Control y Oralidad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tras considerar la evidencia presentada, el juez inici\u00f3 un proceso penal en su contra y le impuso prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa por lo que dure el proceso.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Este caso resalta el compromiso de la Fiscal\u00eda para proceder contra aquellos que cometen actos de violencia sexual, especialmente cuando las v\u00edctimas son menores de edad.
