A un a\u00f1o de la inauguraci\u00f3n del primer tramo, la Administraci\u00f3n federal busca atraer m\u00e1s turistas nacionales y extranjeros a esta infraestructura que recorre cinco estados de la Pen\u00ednsula de Yucat\u00e1n a lo largo de casi 1,500 kil\u00f3metros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sin embargo, hasta ahora, el tren opera con solo el 19% de la afluencia esperada. Para enfrentar esta subutilizaci\u00f3n, el Gobierno de Claudia Sheinbaum ha lanzado paquetes tur\u00edsticos especiales que buscan incentivar su uso durante la temporada vacacional.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El programa integra infraestructura y servicios gestionados por la Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional (Sedena), encargada de la administraci\u00f3n de aeropuertos, hoteles y el propio Tren Maya. <strong>Los paquetes incluyen vuelos desde el Aeropuerto Internacional Felipe \u00c1ngeles (AIFA) operados por Mexicana de Aviaci\u00f3n, hospedaje en hoteles cuatro estrellas del Ej\u00e9rcito en la regi\u00f3n, traslados en el Tren Maya y visitas a playas, zonas arqueol\u00f3gicas y parques tem\u00e1ticos. Adem\u00e1s, se ofrecen descuentos del 25% en vuelos redondos desde el AIFA y del 50% en los traslados en tren para turistas nacionales.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d3scar Lozano \u00c1guila, director del Tren Maya, detall\u00f3 que <strong>se han dise\u00f1ado 10 paquetes tur\u00edsticos.<\/strong> Entre ellos, uno <strong>incluye un recorrido de cuatro d\u00edas y tres noches por Tulum, Bacalar y Calakmul, con un costo de 14 mil 512 pesos por persona, mientras que otro, de tres d\u00edas y dos noches, abarca la Riviera Maya por ocho mil 916 pesos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lozano destac\u00f3 que estas opciones son hasta un 34% m\u00e1s econ\u00f3micas en comparaci\u00f3n con ofertas privadas. Adem\u00e1s, como parte de la campa\u00f1a, <strong>se sortear\u00e1n viajes con todos los gastos pagados para dos personas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A pesar de estas estrategias, la afluencia del tren sigue lejos de la meta inicial de ocho mil 200 pasajeros diarios, transportando solo mil 650 por d\u00eda en promedio.
