participar\u00e1n legisladores y ediles, actuales y electos, quienes ser\u00e1n los responsables de informar en sus respectivas demarcaciones las bondades de esta reforma constitucional, en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados, adem\u00e1s de que es una encomienda de la Presidenta electa, la doctora Claudia Sheinbaum M\u00e9xico, lo que ha generado un profundo distanciamiento entre la sociedad mexicana y las autoridades jurisdiccionales, afectando gravemente la credibilidad y legitimidad de nuestros tribunales, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/span><span agreg\u00f3 la necesidad de asegurar la autonom\u00eda, independencia y especialidad t\u00e9cnica de los \u00f3rganos jurisdiccionales; fomentar la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana en la designaci\u00f3n de sus titulares, y garantizar una administraci\u00f3n de justicia pronta y expedita.<\/span><span ciudadana; se garantizar\u00e1 que la elecci\u00f3n de los titulares de los \u00f3rganos jurisdiccionales se haga mediante voto popular, consolidando as\u00ed la legitimidad del Poder Judicial a trav\u00e9s de procesos de democracia directa, con lo que se asegurar\u00e1\u00a0 que la justicia se imparta con una perspectiva de justicia social y bienestar, libre de la influencia de grupos
