Despu\u00e9s de una exitosa negociaci\u00f3n con los representantes de la mesa de trabajo para el aumento salarial, se ha alcanzado un acuerdo mutuo sobre esta cantidad, beneficiando no solo al n\u00facleo familiar de los trabajadores, sino tambi\u00e9n teniendo un impacto positivo en sus cr\u00e9ditos y jubilaciones del IPEJAL.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Jorge Luis Gonz\u00e1lez Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, Secretario General del Sindicato Municipal del Ayuntamiento de Zapopan y sus Organizaciones P\u00fablicos Descentralizadas, dio a conocer los pormenores del acuerdo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2271\" src=\"https:\/\/tendencianoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-02-25-at-4.45.51-PM-300x225.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tendencianoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-02-25-at-4.45.51-PM-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/tendencianoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-02-25-at-4.45.51-PM.jpeg 552w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>Los Puntos Acordados<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A partir del 1 de enero de 2025, se aplicar\u00e1n los siguientes puntos con car\u00e1cter retroactivo:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incremento directo al salario por la cantidad de 700.00 pesos mensuales a los servidores p\u00fablicos de BASE y CONFIANZA.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respecto a la prestaci\u00f3n denominada &#8220;AYUDA PARA DESPENSA&#8221;, establecida en el art\u00edculo 31 de las Condiciones Generales de Trabajo vigentes, se aplicar\u00e1 un incremento de 100.00 pesos, totalizando 3,100.00 pesos mensuales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incremento directo al salario por la cantidad de 500.00 pesos mensuales a los puestos de Bombero, Bombero Chofer, Bombero Primero, Oficial en Desastres, Oficial en Emergencias, Primer Oficial Bombero, Segundo Oficial Bombero, Tercer Oficial Bombero y Combatiente Forestal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incremento directo al salario por la cantidad de 500.00 pesos mensuales a los elementos operativos con el puesto de Polic\u00eda de la Comisar\u00eda General de Seguridad P\u00fablica del Municipio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respecto al pago por concepto de &#8220;EST\u00cdMULO PRODUCCI\u00d3N RASTRO&#8221;, incentivo otorgado con base en la productividad del personal de la Direcci\u00f3n del Rastro Municipal, a partir de 50 animales.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Ayuntamiento de Zapopan ha logrado un acuerdo de incremento salarial para sus trabajadores, beneficiando sus econom\u00edas familiares y mejorando sus condiciones laborales.\u00a0 En una reuni\u00f3n con las autoridades municipales de Zapopan, se presentar\u00e1n argumentos s\u00f3lidos que justifican la necesidad de una intervenci\u00f3n inmediata en diversos puntos, destacando el aumento salarial como un tema central.
