Esta opci\u00f3n facilita que los contribuyentes recuperen lo que pagaron de m\u00e1s, siempre y cuando cumplan con los requisitos y presenten la documentaci\u00f3n necesaria.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo verificar si tienes saldo a favor?<\/h2>\n<p>Para verificar si tienes saldo a favor, <strong>ingresa al portal del SAT con tu RFC y contrase\u00f1a o e.firma.<\/strong> Una vez dentro, accede a la secci\u00f3n &#8220;Declaraciones&#8221;, donde se mostrar\u00e1 el resultado de tu ejercicio fiscal. Si el c\u00e1lculo es positivo, es decir, si pagaste m\u00e1s de lo debido, all\u00ed aparecer\u00e1 el monto que el SAT podr\u00eda devolverte.<\/p>\n<p>En caso de que tengas saldo a favor, el proceso de devoluci\u00f3n es muy sencillo. Solo necesitas ingresar a la secci\u00f3n<strong> &#8220;Devoluciones y compensaciones&#8221;, registrar tu Clave Bancaria Estandarizada (CLABE) y esperar un plazo de hasta 40 d\u00edas para recibir el dep\u00f3sito en tu cuenta bancaria.<\/strong> Este tr\u00e1mite es completamente gratuito y puede realizarse de manera online.<\/p>\n<p>Para conocer el estado de tu solicitud, ingresa nuevamente al portal del SAT, dir\u00edgete al apartado correspondiente al ejercicio 2024 y selecciona la opci\u00f3n &#8220;Devoluci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica ISR&#8221;.
