La restituci\u00f3n de un inmueble efectuada por elementos de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado ha sido se\u00f1alada como presuntamente ilegal por parte del abogado defensor de una de las partes afectadas, quien denunci\u00f3 que la acci\u00f3n se ejecut\u00f3 en medio de una huelga laboral vigente.<\/p>\n

El licenciado Roberto S\u00e1nchez<\/strong>, representante legal en el caso, afirm\u00f3 que la orden fue emitida por el Juez Sexto de Control del Estado, Francisco Javier Castellanos de la Cruz<\/strong>, sin atender \u2014seg\u00fan el litigante\u2014 al contexto legal que protege los derechos de los trabajadores en paro.<\/p>\n

\u201cLa ley establece que los derechos laborales deben prevalecer ante cualquier conflicto jur\u00eddico de otra \u00edndole\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 S\u00e1nchez, quien calific\u00f3 de irregular e improcedente la intervenci\u00f3n de las autoridades mientras se mantiene activa una huelga.<\/strong><\/p>\n

El abogado argument\u00f3 que dicho procedimiento vulnera principios esenciales del derecho laboral mexicano, al ignorar disposiciones que impiden actos judiciales que afecten a trabajadores organizados en defensa de sus condiciones laborales. Agreg\u00f3 que esta acci\u00f3n podr\u00eda sentar un precedente riesgoso en cuanto a la relaci\u00f3n entre el sistema judicial y los derechos sociales.<\/p>\n

Hasta el cierre de esta edici\u00f3n, ni la Fiscal\u00eda del Estado ni el Poder Judicial de Jalisco han ofrecido una postura oficial respecto al caso.<\/p>\n
