Adem\u00e1s,<strong> uno de los oficiales patea el tel\u00e9fono celular con el que el reportero estaba grabando la escena.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En respuesta a estos eventos, <strong>la Polic\u00eda Municipal de Colima emiti\u00f3 un comunicado en el que anunciaron la apertura de un proceso administrativo a trav\u00e9s del Departamento de Asuntos Internos para investigar y sancionar a los polic\u00edas involucrados.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>El reportero fue liberado de inmediato al no encontrarse evidencia de falta alguna y se le ofreci\u00f3 una disculpa institucional.<\/strong> Adem\u00e1s, se ha iniciado comunicaci\u00f3n con la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Derechos Humanos para mejorar el programa de capacitaci\u00f3n actual para los polic\u00edas municipales.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fb-video\" data-allowfullscreen=\"true\" data-href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/TNnoticiasMX\/videos\/1167133657673098\" style=\"background-color: #fff; display: inline-block;\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un reportero fue arrestado por la polic\u00eda municipal de Colima mientras grababa un accidente automovil\u00edstico la tarde del lunes 12 de agosto.
