Aunque existe la posibilidad de heredar de palabra, el testamento notariado es el \u00fanico documento con validez legal que asegura la distribuci\u00f3n del patrimonio conforme a lo deseado.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"selectable-text copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"selectable-text copyable-text xkrh14z\">Costos y descuentos durante septiembre<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"selectable-text copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"selectable-text copyable-text xkrh14z\">Los precios para tramitar un testamento <strong>pueden variar entre 800 y tres mil 700 pesos<\/strong>, dependiendo del estado. Sin embargo, <strong>durante septiembre \u2014y en algunas entidades tambi\u00e9n durante octubre\u2014 se reduce hasta en un 50% el costo<\/strong>, y se ofrecen asesor\u00edas gratuitas y horarios extendidos en las notar\u00edas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"selectable-text copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"selectable-text copyable-text xkrh14z\">Adem\u00e1s, adultos mayores y personas en situaci\u00f3n vulnerable pueden acceder a tarifas preferenciales durante todo el a\u00f1o en ciertos estados.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"selectable-text copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"selectable-text copyable-text xkrh14z\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo se realiza un testamento?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"selectable-text copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"selectable-text copyable-text xkrh14z\">El tr\u00e1mite se hace directamente en una notar\u00eda. Los pasos son simples:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"selectable-text copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"selectable-text copyable-text xkrh14z\">Acudir a la notar\u00eda elegida.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"selectable-text copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"selectable-text copyable-text xkrh14z\">Presentar una identificaci\u00f3n oficial.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"selectable-text copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"selectable-text copyable-text xkrh14z\">Proporcionar los datos generales solicitados.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"selectable-text copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"selectable-text copyable-text xkrh14z\">Asistir con testigos (en algunos casos).<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"selectable-text copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"selectable-text copyable-text xkrh14z\">Realizar el pago correspondiente.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"selectable-text copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"selectable-text copyable-text xkrh14z\">Manifestar formalmente la voluntad de heredar.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"selectable-text copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"selectable-text copyable-text xkrh14z\">Es importante elaborar un listado de bienes y definir con claridad qui\u00e9nes ser\u00e1n los beneficiarios. Se puede heredar a familiares, amigos, instituciones u otras personas, y el testamento puede ser modificado tantas veces como se desee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"selectable-text copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"selectable-text copyable-text xkrh14z\">Si se desea dejar bienes a menores de edad o personas legalmente incapacitadas, se debe nombrar un tutor o albacea que los represente.
