{"id":7293,"date":"2026-02-19T18:10:55","date_gmt":"2026-02-19T18:10:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tendencianoticias.com\/?p=7293"},"modified":"2026-02-19T18:10:55","modified_gmt":"2026-02-19T18:10:55","slug":"ley-marcial-corea-del-sur-condena-a-cadena-perpetua-al-expresidente-yoon-suk-yeol","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tendencianoticias.com\/index.php\/2026\/02\/19\/ley-marcial-corea-del-sur-condena-a-cadena-perpetua-al-expresidente-yoon-suk-yeol\/","title":{"rendered":"Corea del Sur condena a cadena perpetua al expresidente Yoon Suk-yeol"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"86\" data-end=\"453\">El expresidente de <strong data-start=\"133\" data-end=\"174\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Corea del Sur<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"176\" data-end=\"217\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Yoon Suk-yeol<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, fue condenado este <strong data-start=\"238\" data-end=\"270\">jueves 19 de febrero de 2026<\/strong> a <strong data-start=\"273\" data-end=\"292\">cadena perpetua<\/strong> tras ser declarado culpable de <strong data-start=\"324\" data-end=\"340\" data-is-only-node=\"\">insurrecci\u00f3n<\/strong> por intentar imponer la ley marcial a finales de 2024, un episodio que puso en jaque a la democracia del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"455\" data-end=\"952\">El fallo, emitido por el <strong data-start=\"480\" data-end=\"521\">Tribunal del Distrito Central de Se\u00fal<\/strong> y presidido por el juez <strong data-start=\"546\" data-end=\"562\">Jee Kui-youn<\/strong>, concluy\u00f3 que Yoon abus\u00f3 de su poder al ordenar la intervenci\u00f3n del <strong data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"668\">Ej\u00e9rcito y fuerzas antidisturbios<\/strong> en la Asamblea Nacional, con el fin de bloquear su funcionamiento y \u201csubvertir la Constituci\u00f3n\u201d. Aunque la fiscal\u00eda hab\u00eda solicitado la pena de muerte, el tribunal opt\u00f3 por la prisi\u00f3n de por vida, recordando que en Corea del Sur existe una moratoria de facto sobre las ejecuciones.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"954\" data-end=\"1151\">La corte determin\u00f3 que la imposici\u00f3n de la ley marcial \u2014que dur\u00f3 apenas seis horas\u2014 no respond\u00eda a una emergencia real, sino a un intento deliberado de <strong data-start=\"1106\" data-end=\"1148\">socavar las instituciones democr\u00e1ticas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1153\" data-end=\"1429\">Junto con Yoon, el exministro de Defensa <strong data-start=\"1194\" data-end=\"1211\">Kim Yong-hyun<\/strong> fue sentenciado a <strong data-start=\"1230\" data-end=\"1252\">30 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n<\/strong>, mientras que otros exfuncionarios ya hab\u00edan recibido condenas previas: el ex primer ministro <strong data-start=\"1347\" data-end=\"1363\">Han Duck-soo<\/strong>, 23 a\u00f1os; y el exministro del Interior <strong data-start=\"1403\" data-end=\"1419\">Lee Sang-min<\/strong>, siete.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1431\" data-end=\"1762\">Yoon hab\u00eda sido destituido en abril de 2025 por el <strong data-start=\"1482\" data-end=\"1523\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Tribunal Constitucional de Corea del Sur<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, que declar\u00f3 inconstitucional su decreto. Adem\u00e1s, en enero pasado fue condenado a <strong data-start=\"1606\" data-end=\"1661\">cinco a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel por obstrucci\u00f3n de la justicia<\/strong>, en otro de los cuatro procesos en su contra relacionados con este intento de golpe institucional.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1764\" data-end=\"2131\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">La sentencia gener\u00f3 fuertes reacciones fuera del tribunal: <strong data-start=\"1823\" data-end=\"1849\">miles de manifestantes<\/strong> se congregaron tanto para celebrar como para protestar por la decisi\u00f3n.
