{"id":751,"date":"2024-09-13T18:03:34","date_gmt":"2024-09-13T18:03:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tendencianoticias.com\/?p=751"},"modified":"2024-09-13T18:03:34","modified_gmt":"2024-09-13T18:03:34","slug":"jalisco-no-aprueba-la-reforma-judicial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tendencianoticias.com\/index.php\/2024\/09\/13\/jalisco-no-aprueba-la-reforma-judicial\/","title":{"rendered":"Jalisco no aprueba la reforma judicial; \u00bfqu\u00e9 Estados la han aprobado?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La controvertida <strong>reforma judicial<\/strong> propuesta por el Presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador<strong> ha sido aprobada en m\u00e1s de 17 congresos locales<\/strong>, lo que la pone en camino para su promulgaci\u00f3n. <strong>No obstante, dos estados ya han rechazado la iniciativa: Jalisco y Quer\u00e9taro.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Quer\u00e9taro<\/strong> fue el primero en expresar su rechazo a<strong> la propuesta, que busca someter al voto popular la selecci\u00f3n de jueces, ministros y magistrados.<\/strong> La Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales del Congreso de Quer\u00e9taro desestim\u00f3 el dictamen con un voto a favor de su rechazo y dos en contra. Manuel Pozo Cabrera, presidente de la comisi\u00f3n, critic\u00f3 la reforma, describi\u00e9ndola como una acci\u00f3n motivada por \u201cuna revancha y un berrinche\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En <strong>Jalisco<\/strong>, <strong>la reforma fue rechazada en la madrugada del 13 de septiembre de 2024, con 26 votos a favor de su rechazo y 10 en contra<\/strong>. Este rechazo ocurri\u00f3 en medio de una protesta de trabajadores del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n. Los votos en contra provinieron principalmente de Movimiento Ciudadano, PAN y PRI, quienes argumentaron que la reforma es \u201cregresiva, desestabiliza el equilibrio de poderes y pone en peligro los derechos de las personas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Hugo Contreras, coordinador del PRI, destac\u00f3 que la reforma no mejora nada y que la elecci\u00f3n popular de los jueces es una \u201cfarsa\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hasta ahora, los estados que han aprobado la Reforma Judicial propuesta por AMLO son:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Baja California<\/li>\n<li>Baja California Sur<\/li>\n<li>Campeche<\/li>\n<li>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/li>\n<li>Colima<\/li>\n<li>Durango<\/li>\n<li>Estado de M\u00e9xico<\/li>\n<li>Guerrero<\/li>\n<li>Morelos<\/li>\n<li>Nayarit<\/li>\n<li>Oaxaca<\/li>\n<li>Puebla<\/li>\n<li>Quintana Roo<\/li>\n<li>Sinaloa<\/li>\n<li>Tabasco<\/li>\n<li>Tamaulipas<\/li>\n<li>Tlaxcala<\/li>\n<li>Veracruz<\/li>\n<li>Yucat\u00e1n<\/li>\n<li>Zacatecas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aunque algunos congresos locales a\u00fan no se han pronunciado, la reforma ya cuenta con suficientes aprobaciones, superando los 17 estados necesarios para su promulgaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La controvertida reforma judicial propuesta por el Presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador ha sido aprobada en m\u00e1s de 17 congresos locales, lo que la pone en camino para su promulgaci\u00f3n.
